As an incorporated society we are required to keep a record of our members. This is kept in an off-line database.
Information on members will be made available only to committee members for the orderly operation of the club, to Canterbury (NZ) Croquet Association Incorporated and to Croquet New Zealand to who we are affiliated.
Information on members will never be given to third party individuals or organisations unless required by law.
We may forward onto members an occasional notice that we think may be of interest to members.
